In this camp, I have learn a lot and meet a lot of new friends. Besides that, I also have improved my badminton skill. What I like about this camp is everyday we have fun and excitement. I also learn how to be independent in this camp such as I was my own clothes and I also build my fitness level. Besides that I love to play game with my friends and coach. That time is my most happy time.

What I like about this camp? I like this camp because it improves my skill a lot. It is also very fun because the coaches are also really good. I also get to meet new friends, although the badminton training makes me very tired but I really learned a lot. Going to this badminton camp is better than staying at home doing nothing. It was very fun and I really enjoyed the game “Wacko”!! I also get to go and visit the Hi-5 Bread Factory.

I salute Mr. Michael’s passion in the game of badminton. It takes a man with vision and courage to build this magnificent badminton complex with 32 courts which is the biggest in the country. There is no doubt this complex has helped immensely to promote the game of badminton.
I am hopeful with initiatives like this will rekindle excitement and interest in the game, younger talents will be discovered and developed to bring glory to Malaysia in the future. I have a special place in my heart for badminton. I still recall with fond memories our victory in the 1992 Thomas Cup in Malaysia where we beat Indonesia in the Finals and got back the Trophy after 25 years. I was then the President of BAM. I believe, Malaysia has the capacity and talent to win the Thomas Cup again. We must work hard with dedication, discipline and focus.

This Championship is great to foster friendship for the badminton community. I truly admire the effort of this great man Michael Lee. He is well respected and contributed a lot to the development of this game. Not only he is committed, he is dedicated and a true badminton fanatic himself. Michael Lee promotes Badminton in Malaysia. He also travels to China, Vietnam and Korea to bring in badminton players and have friendly match. Everyone likes him because not all the players are professionals. Yet they still come from different countries to participate in the championship. Great work! Keep up the good work and the Malaysian flag flying. Cheers!
